As an Executive in the Life Actuarial Team at KPMG, your primary role will involve conducting actuarial audits, reviewing IFRS and Solvency II controls, and modeling reserves and embedded value for various life products. Your responsibilities will also include providing transaction support, assisting clients with implementing new regulations, and supporting actuarial system transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct actuarial audits of clients' valuation systems - Review IFRS and Solvency II controls and results - Perform modeling of reserves, risk margin, and embedded value - Provide transaction support and due diligence - Assist clients with implementing new regulations like IFRS 17 - Support actuarial system transformation Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post graduate with a strong background in mathematics or statistics - Member of Institute of Actuaries (UK) and/or Institute of Actuaries of India - Must have passed at least 4 actuarial exams, including CT5 - 2-4 years of life actuarial experience with knowledge in reporting - Understanding of IFRS 17 preferred - Knowledge of stochastic and proxy modeling is a plus Technical Skills: - Knowledge of insurance business and actuarial techniques - Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, and statistical analysis programs - Working knowledge of actuarial modeling software like Prophet, GGY Axis, MG-ALFA Soft Skills: - Good communication and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to interact with internal stakeholders and clients About KPMG in India: KPMG entities in India offer services to national and international clients across various sectors.
