About the Role

Accounts Payable (AP) Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Process

  vendor invoices

  , purchase orders, and payment requests related to US mortgage operations.
• Review invoices for

  accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation

  .
• Ensure timely

  coding, batching, and posting

  of invoices in the AP system.
• Coordinate with the

  US mortgage operations team

  , vendors, and internal departments to resolve AP discrepancies.
• Perform

  weekly and monthly AP reconciliations

  .
• Support

  payment runs

  , check processing, ACH, wire transfers, and refund disbursements.
• Maintain accurate AP records following

  US GAAP and company policies

  .
• Assist in

  month-end closing

  , accrual entries, and AP aging analysis.
• Ensure compliance with

  US mortgage guidelines, vendor management requirements, and audit standards

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in

  Finance, Accounting, Commerce

  , or related field.

• 1-4 years

  of experience in

  Accounts Payable

  , preferably in the

  US Mortgage

  domain.
• Knowledge of

  US mortgage terminology

  escrow, title fees, appraisal invoices, payoff statements, etc.
• Experience using ERP/AP tools (SAP, Oracle, Yardi, Encompass, Black Knight MSP, or similar).
• Strong understanding of

  invoice validation, 3-way matching, AP controls

  , and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent

  communication skills

  to interact with US stakeholders.
• Ability to work in

  US time zones

  .
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability.
