Analyst, Accounting

As an Accounting Analyst at our global, multi-billion-dollar corporation, your role is crucial in accurately reflecting our impressive earnings, profits, cash balances, and financial results. You will be part of a dynamic team that implements best practices, offers general financial support, resolves queries, prepares reports, and designs policies and procedures in adherence to audit standards, FASB, SEC guidance, GAAP, and Sarbanes-Oxley section 404 compliance. Join us in Bangalore and contribute to making a significant social impact through your work. Your responsibilities will include managing Cash & Bank Accounting for specific APJ countries. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and discrepancies in Bank Reconciliations, ensuring compliance with the company's financial reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Preparation of journals, reconciliations, and related documentation - Analysis of unsettled balances, coordination with treasury for settlements - Participation in Controllership for Bank Accounting to identify and resolve issues - Collaboration with various business units on deliverables related to Cash and Bank accounting, audit, tax, and regulatory matters - Involvement in team projects and initiatives We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications: Essential Requirements: - Recently qualified CA/ACCA fresher - Proficiency in accounting, ERP systems, and reconciliations - Strong knowledge of Accounting principles - Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Desirable Requirements: - Experience working with Omega and SAP tools - A team player with a drive for achieving results through collaboration At Dell Technologies, we believe in the power of each team member to make a meaningful impact.
