Analyst 2 - Appraisal

Role Overview: You will assist senior staff in collecting and analyzing data to determine the market value of real estate for various purposes such as dispute resolution, mortgage underwriting, acquisition/disposition, portfolio analysis, and estate purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, analyze, and report appraisal related market data from internal and external sources. - Understand and utilize all company research related database programs. - Assist in preparing appraisal reports under the supervision of a State Certified Appraiser. - Familiar with necessary software programs for preparing valuation reports. - Use and understand necessary third-party data sources. - Aggregate, analyze, interpret, and report complex appraisal related market data. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree, preferably in subjects like Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, or Real Estate Law. - Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.,
