Your responsibilities will include: - Meeting day-to-day deliverables by preparing and submitting checklists daily - Resolving issues and highlighting them to supervisors/experts - Tracking trends within daily deliverables and collaborating with supervisors to enhance processes - Identifying and resolving problems within established guidelines - Using initiative to solve problems, referring complex issues to supervisors/experts - Working effectively as a team member and independently - Running and creating formal reports, including function-specific reports - Following incident/regulatory breach reporting procedures with rigor You are expected to have: - Good oral and written communication skills - Basic Functional/Industry Knowledge - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Working knowledge of MS-Excel Experience required: 12 to 24 months Communication: Excellent Shift Timings: Afternoon/Night Shift Background: Finance (B.com, BBA, M.com, MBA) Knowledge: Finance, accounting, and investment banking As a Northern Trust partner, you will be part of a flexible and collaborative work culture.
