Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - PPM, your role involves engaging with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical/functional specifications for Oracle Fusion ERP Project Portfolio Management solutions. You will provide excellent customer service support, diagnose and troubleshoot critical cases, and ensure complete resolution of service incidents. Your responsibilities also include interacting directly with customers, consulting with management on critical situations, and sharing knowledge with teammates through training sessions and knowledge articles. Furthermore, you will stay updated on Oracle ERP advancements and contribute to a collaborative team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from business partners and translate them into technical/functional specifications for Oracle Fusion ERP PPM solutions - Provide customer service support, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve critical cases - Interact directly with customers, take ownership of issues, and consult with management on critical situations - Share knowledge with teammates through training sessions and knowledge articles - Stay updated on Oracle ERP advancements and recommend best practices - Contribute to a collaborative team culture Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree (BE, BTech, MCA) or MBA in Finance - Minimum 8 years of experience in Implementation, support, or upgrade Projects, with at least 1 implementation experience on SaaS PPM - Deep functional understanding of financial processes and ERP PPM solution areas - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision - Real-time hands-on functional/product and/or technical experience - Ability to relate product functionality to business processes and offer implementation advice - Ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files for problem resolution - Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions - Willingness to work in a multi-customer AMS model in 2-11 shift from India - Knowledge of EBS Projects is a plus Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - PPM, your role involves engaging with business partners to gather requirements and translate them into technical/functional specifications for Oracle Fusion ERP Project Portfolio Management solutions.
