AM/Manager - Purchase & Store

As an AM/Manager, your main responsibility will involve planning and implementing sourcing and purchasing strategies. You will collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining a database of approved suppliers and establishing strong relationships with them will be crucial. Your role will also include negotiating lower pricing and favorable terms, as well as searching for potential suppliers and vendors. Tracking, analyzing, and managing company expenditures, preparing MIS reports, and processing bills for the accounting department will be part of your daily tasks. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Degree/Diploma in Material Management along with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Professional qualifications in Material Management will be an added advantage. Specific skills required include prior experience in a real estate company. The salary range for this role is between 25K to 35K, and the maximum age limit is 30 years old. This is a full-time job with a day shift schedule.
