AM/DM-Switches, Auto AC Panel, USB Charger & Sensors

As a part of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, specifications, and architecture. You will be responsible for testing and validating parts at both Vehicle and Part levels, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards. Providing technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams during production will be a key aspect of your role. It will be your duty to continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our designs competitive. You will also analyze quality issues and implement appropriate countermeasures. Project management and coordination with suppliers will be essential tasks that you will handle. In terms of technical and functional requirements, you should possess basic knowledge of Automobile grade Switches, Auto AC Panel, USB charger & Sensors. Familiarity with automotive safety standards such as ECE R10, R21, R121 is necessary. Experience in the complete lifecycle of design and development for automobile grade switches is expected. On the behavioral side, you should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Coordinating department activities and representing the department in various forums will be part of your responsibilities. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are also required for this role.,
