Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Align maintenance schedules with ship building and ship repair timelines to avoid disruptions.

Oversee diagnosis and repair of equipment failures.

Prioritize ship construction and repair tasks within SCS based on production schedules and criticality of equipment and utilities.
Execute predictive maintenance programs using tools like condition monitoring and data analytics to identify potential failures before they occur.
Evaluate lifecycle of dock equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
Collaborate with procurement teams to source cost-effective and high-quality equipment.
Maintain inventory of critical spare parts and tools used in SCS, including power tools, precision instruments, and specialized equipment.
Execute repair and calibration of tools to ensure accuracy, safety and compliance with technical standards.
