AM/DM Human Machine Interface

As an HMI and Human Factors analyst, your role involves utilizing various UI/UX tools to analyze human factors and HMI usability. You will be responsible for providing solutions to enhance in-vehicle user experience by strategizing customer clinics to understand user requirements minutely and giving recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will be conducting competitor HMI benchmarking and analysis. Your technical competencies should include the ability to analyze usability aspects in Infotainment/meter cluster/HUD screens during new model development. You should have a good understanding of switches (soft and hard) with prioritization and their respective placements in-car. Furthermore, you should be able to scientifically assess mental/cognitive workload while performing various tasks in a vehicle environment. Knowledge in Eye Tracking (Visual Science and EEG experience desirable), occupant packaging standards and guidelines, networking and collaborating with academia for implementing innovative solutions in HMI, and good driving experience are also essential for this role. Educational Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech degree in full-time with a consistent academic record of 60% throughout education.
