Job Role Summary

In the role you will require to carry out maintenance activities for the electrical systems, equipment, and machinery by performing scheduled maintenance & give prompt response to breakdown to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and thereby ensure production targets are met seamlessly on time and in conformance with quality

Job Responsibilities, Competencies and Success factor

PLC programming, HMI development, and troubleshooting

• Conducting 100% preventive, productive & corrective maintenance as per schedule
• Performing daily/weekly equipment checks to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshooting breakdowns using RCA and implementing preventive actions
• Maintaining breakdown data and preparing MIS reports for analysis
• Managing spare parts and consumables for maintenance activities
• Ensuring electrical safety and compliance during operations and new projects
• Overseeing utility systems (compressors, chillers, HVAC, DG sets, etc.) for smooth functioning
• Supporting energy cost optimization and utility efficiency improvements
• Driving process improvement and cost reduction initiatives
• Collaborating with internal/external teams for timely project execution
• Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, production standards, and efficiency tools
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to safety, continuous learning, and proactive planning

Desired Qualification

Exposure of PLC ,Electronics , Robotics, Plant

Machinery maintenance as well as Utility

Hands on experience of FANUC/ABB/YASKAWA

Robot programming

Variance analysis and problem solving.

TPM, 5S, ISO TS16949, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001

systems

SAP, ERP, SCADA & knowledge of Safety systems ,
