Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ambassador Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) based in Darbhanga. The Ambassador CRO will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through efficient service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring satisfaction. They will act as a key point of contact for customers, building and maintaining positive relationships. The role will also involve cross-selling recommended products and services, managing customer escalations, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
