Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Product Uploading: Efficiently list new products,ensuring accuracy in product details, descriptions, and categorization. Image Uploading: Manage and upload high-quality product images in accordance with company guidelines to attract potential buyers. Seller Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve issues related to account management, product listings, and orders. Query Handling: Address and resolve queries from customers and stakeholders promptly, maintaining a high standard of service. Marketplace Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product visibility and sales. Compliance: Ensure that all listings and operations comply with company policies and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate product launches and marketing initiatives. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in managing company marketplace operations or similar e-commerce platforms is preferred. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Compnay Seller Central, listing processes, and marketplace policies. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to handle issues proactively and efficiently. Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
