Amazon Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Amazon Store Setup & Optimization

  • Create and optimize Amazon Seller Central account.
  • Configure a professional Amazon Store layout that reflects Ollie's brand identity.
  • Implement Amazon Brand Registry and brand protection measures.
  • Develop A+ Content for effective brand storytelling.
  • Configure tax and payment settings tailored for the Singapore market.

Product Listing Management

  • Create and optimize product listings across the full catalog.
  • Develop keyword-rich titles, detailed descriptions, and persuasive bullet points.
  • Implement backend search terms and attributes for improved discoverability.
  • Set up product variations (parent-child listings).
  • Conduct regular pricing analysis and optimization strategies.

Content Creation & Management

  • Coordinate professional product photography.
  • Optimize images for Amazon standards and compliance.
  • Collaborate on infographic designs to highlight product benefits.
  • Oversee product video content development (when applicable).
  • Continuously update and refresh content based on performance insights.

Inventory & FBA Management

  • Establish inventory tracking systems to monitor stock levels.
  • Coordinate timely replenishment with warehouses.
  • Manage FBA requirements and optimize fulfillment efficiency.
  • Monitor and reduce storage fees while maximizing turnover.

Performance Optimization & Reporting

  • Conduct weekly performance analysis and generate actionable reports.
  • Track competitor activity and market trends.
  • Manage customer reviews and feedback responses.
  • Optimize search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Execute A/B testing to enhance listings and content effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, A+ Content, and PPC advertising.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and FBA processes.
  • Excellent written and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • Prior experience in the Singapore/SEA Amazon marketplace is a plus.
