We are inviting energetic Sr Amazon Connect developers with good experience on AWS -professionals to provide online trainings on Amazon Connect.

Topics to be covers during trainings:

Basics of Contact center applications - Concepts, Telephony, key terminology, CTI, Screenpop, call recording, inbound/outbound calling, WFM, reporting, key CCaaS players, how Amazon Connect different from other players

Experience with Amazon Connect setup and configuration (contact flows, routing profiles, queues, quick connects, hours of operation, agent settings).

Contact Flows (blocks, error handling, Lex integration, DTMF/speech input, disconnect flows, whisper flows, queue hold experience).

Integration with CRM like SFDC or any third party.

AWS Ecosystem Integration - Proficiency with AWS Lambda for serverless backend functions.

Integrating Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, AWS DynamoDB, Amazon S3, AWS SNS, and AWS SQS for IVR and chatbot automation.

Understanding of Contact Trace Records (CTR), real-time metrics streams, and Kinesis event handling

Troubleshooting using CloudWatch logs

Real-time and historical reporting using Contact Lens, Amazon QuickSight, or third-party BI tools.

CloudWatch metrics, alarms, and logging for troubleshooting flows.

Additional topics: AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK

Topics covering Contact Lens transcripts and sentiment analysis.

We need online trainer on Amazon Connect

Mostly off hours India time.

Remote position,

Part time role.(2 hrs per day)
