CRUSH is a rapidly growing Amazon Agency that helps some of the best and most innovative digitally native brands thrive within the Amazon ecosystem. We are looking to fill an immediate opening for an Amazon Brand Operations Manager for a full-time remote job.

As a Brand Operations Manager (BOM) at Crush, you will be responsible for executing the operational

foundation that enables our clients to grow on Amazon. This includes owning backend brand operations such as catalog management, listing creation and updates, promotional planning, and ongoing account health maintenance. You will partner closely with Account Managers to implement strategic initiatives, resolve technical issues, and ensure flawless execution of day-to-day tasks that support long-term brand success.

If you have a minimum of four years of such experience in the Amazon FBA field, are proficient with Amazon Seller Central, and like strategizing for brands and seeing their businesses grow, are hardworking, love and know how to overcome complex challenges, have strong attention to detail, and are technologically savvy, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Seller Central Mastery: Expertly manage and navigate Seller Central to oversee our marketplace operations. Ensure all product listings are accurate, fully optimized, and compliant with platform standards.
  • Category Flat File Optimization: Utilize your expertise in handling Category Flat Files to maintain and update our product catalog. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of product and pricing information across all listings.
  • Issue Resolution: Take charge of issue resolution by managing communications with Seller Support. Develop solutions for operational hurdles, ensuring minimal disruption to our sales and customer experience.
  • Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality control over the entire catalog. Regularly verify that all listing information reflects our current offerings and adheres to our brand standards.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and report on the performance of our categories and items. Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement to enhance catalog performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organizationfrom Ads Managers and Client Success Managers to Creative Development and Supportto ensure successful product launches and performance management.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and monitor industry trends. Analyze competitive products and market dynamics to inform our brand positioning and consumer engagement strategies.
  • Brand Strategy Execution: Propose and execute comprehensive brand strategies that include channel selection, product strategy, and competitive pricing. Align these strategies with our overarching go-to-market approach to maximize brand presence and profitability.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a brand management role with the Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central channels and Ecommerce marketplaces and retailers
  • Experience in e-commerce brand management, particularly within Amazon Seller Central. Deep understanding of CLRs, navigating seller support cases and account health resolution.
  • Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting and Parent/Child Variations
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a flair for working in cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive, strategic thinker with a keen insight into digital marketing and marketplace trends.
