AM - Sales Gurugram

Role Overview: You will be responsible for promoting and directly selling KN products in your allocated area to both existing and new customers in order to meet individual/team targets and the organization's business objectives. This will involve initiating contact with potential customers to generate enquiries, create awareness about product features/applications, and develop sales. Additionally, you will be engaging in customer relationship management, promoting new technology concepts/products, developing strategic technical sales tools/arguments, analyzing lost orders, forecasting and budgeting sales for your responsible areas/customers, and resolving customer complaints. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell KN products in your allocated area - Generate enquiries and create awareness about product features/applications - Manage customer relationships - Promote new technology concepts/products - Develop strategic technical sales tools/arguments - Analyze lost orders - Forecast and budget sales - Resolve customer complaints Qualifications Required: - Diploma/Degree in Textiles - Good knowledge in Circular Knitting Technology (preferred) - Experience in the Knitting Industry preferred - Good communication skills in written and verbal English Please note that Groz-Beckert is the world's leading provider of industrial needles, precision components, and fine tools for textile production.
