AM - Finance Operations

Role Overview: As a part of the team, your main responsibilities include processing invoices and statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies. You will be expected to have a strong proficiency in Excel for effective data management. Additionally, you will assist in month-end accounting tasks and ensure adherence to SLAs and internal policies. Your role will also involve providing support to stakeholders, collaborating with business and tax teams, and performing ad-hoc activities as required. Key Responsibilities: - Process invoices and statements while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies. - Demonstrate strong proficiency in Excel for efficient data management. - Assist with month-end accounting tasks like provisions, accruals, and closing activities. - Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs and internal company policies. - Provide support to stakeholders and internal teams in resolving queries and escalations. - Collaborate with business and tax teams for seamless operations. - Perform any other ad-hoc activities as required by the business. - Maintain financial data, records, and statements. - Conduct vendor and ledger reconciliations. - Coordinate with business teams and tax teams. Qualifications Required: - Excellent working knowledge of Excel and G-mail. - Prior experience in accounting within a medium to large scale organization in industries such as Travel, FMCG, online media, e-commerce, telecom, or listed manufacturing. - Understanding of the Business Process. - Experience in executing reconciliations and MIS Reporting. - Detail-oriented with a quick learning ability. - Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.,
