AM/ DM Vendor Upgradation

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the mechanical/electrical/mechatronics field. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting New model parts PFMEA analysis. - Identifying weak areas at vendors and providing guidance on solutions through Root Cause Analysis(RCA) methods such as Why Why or 8D. - Supporting vendors in process and system improvement by applying knowledge of processes. - Setting up Capable Process (SPC) for critical parameters. - Implementing required automation in processes, such as Auto Inspection, Poka Yoke, etc. - Utilizing knowledge of GD&T for parts verification using First Principle. - Engaging in discussion and review meetings with vendor top management. - Managing Quality Management System standards like ISO, IATF. In addition, you should possess the following qualifications: - Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electricals, or Mechatronics. - 8-10 years of experience with a Diploma or 3-6 years of experience with a Degree. Furthermore, the competencies required for this role include: - Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Proprietary, Safety, Seats, and Regulatory parts. - Experience in part development and familiarity with systems like APQP, PPAP, Peak Volume Trials. - Ability to identify gaps in Fixtures, Gauges, and Dies. - Knowledge of Quality Management System standards such as ISO, IATF. Additional Skills: - Strong analytical and data compilation abilities. - Effective presentation and communication skills. - Participation in theme-based Quality improvement activities. - Teamwork capabilities.,
