Role & responsibilities Understanding of market pricing, Understanding of machining cost (MHR rates of different equipment in the market, cycle times etc) Competition benchmarking, Detailed costing understanding for example: RM cost of different grades of Grey Iron / SG Iron + cost of manufacturing + OH + Profitability Commodities handled: Casting, Casting + Machining, Forging, Forging + Machining, Al Die Casting, Al Die Casting + Machining (Between two candidates we must have 100% exposure. Must have Casting and Forging experience )
