Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process and reconcile vendor invoices; ensure timely payments and compliance with company policies.
Maintain vendor records, handle queries, and prepare AP aging reports.
Track and report project costs vs. budgets; support month-end and project financials.
Manage accounting for construction-in-progress and asset capitalization.
Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams for approvals and reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax and statutory regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting/Finance (CA Inter / CMA / MBA preferred).
48 years’ experience in
AP / project accounting
within
real estate or construction
.
Proficiency in
ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, Yardi, etc.) and
Excel
.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost control.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
