Role & responsibilities

Leading and Coordination of complete Store throughout organizationResponsibility:1. Responsible for Plant savings by implementation of C I Tools & Techniques2. Responsible for Inventory management3. Responsible for Inventory DOH (Prodn FG, Child parts & consumable )4. Responsible for inventory accuracy5. Ensuring Manufacturing launch readiness related to store6. Responsible for VSM Implemetation in all commoditiy7. Responsible for PFEP Implementation ( Place for each part)8. Responsible for IFC audit compliances9. Responsible for internal smooth material flow10. Implementation of TQM and DWM11. Kanban Implementation12. Responsible for 6 'S' Score ( 5'S' Score + Safety) at defined zone13. C I strategy Implementation14. Employee Engagement Plan Implementation15.Manage training and continuous learning of team by means of short courses, conferences, meetups, certifications, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma (in Mechanical) with minimum 8 years experience in stores / BE ( in Mechanical) with minimum 6 years experience in Stores
