Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Alumni Relations Specialist, based in Hyderabad. The responsibilities include nurturing relationships with the institution's alumni, planning and organizing events, managing communication strategies, and maintaining a comprehensive alumni database. The role also involves engaging alumni in networking opportunities, addressing their queries, and facilitating their involvement in institutional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Alumni Relations and fostering alumni engagement
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Event Planning and organizing alumni initiatives
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address alumni inquiries and enhance satisfaction
• Strong Research abilities to gather and maintain alumni data
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or alumni databases is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
