Aluminium & Shuttering Formwork / Drawing Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Aluminium & Shuttering Formwork Engineer with expertise in planning, execution, and drawing interpretation for large-scale real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing formwork planning, ensuring quality, and coordinating with project teams for timely and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and supervise aluminium and conventional shuttering/formwork systems for residential and commercial projects.

Study and interpret construction drawings, structural details, and formwork layouts.

Prepare and review formwork drawings, shop drawings, and method statements.

Ensure accurate planning of shuttering cycles, work sequences, and timelines.

Monitor erection, dismantling, and reuse of shuttering systems with a focus on safety and quality.

Coordinate with project managers, structural engineers, and site teams for smooth implementation.

Optimize shuttering resources to minimize wastage and reduce project costs.

Inspect and ensure quality of formwork before concreting.

Maintain documentation related to drawings, approvals, and site progress.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Civil/Construction Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in aluminium formwork/shuttering engineering with a real estate developer or contractor.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium formwork systems (e.g., MIVAN, PERI, DOKA) and conventional shuttering methods.
• Proficiency in reading and preparing construction/formwork drawings (AutoCAD mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in planning shuttering cycles for high-rise buildings.
• Strong leadership, planning, and site coordination skills.
