Key Responsibilities:

• Design configure and implement ServiceNow CSM applications including Case Management Account Contact Management SLAs Entitlements Service Portals and Workflows
• Develop custom applications UI pages client scripts business rules and integration components on ServiceNow
• Customize and maintain CSM portal experiences using Service Portal Now Experience components
• Implement and manage CSM integrations using APIs MID Server IntegrationHub and web services REST SOAP
• Collaborate with product owners architects and process managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing operational support and enhancements
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices coding standards and platform governance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation design specs test plans and release notes
• Support platform upgrades patching and performance optimization
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement of CSM capabilities

Technical Requirements:

• 4 10 years of hands on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong experience working specifically with ServiceNow Customer Service Management CSM
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting JavaScript AngularJS Glide APIs
• Experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub Business Rules UI Policies Catalog Items and Workflows
• Hands on experience with REST SOAP integrations
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
