Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai, for a role within all departments of KEAN Construction. Responsibilities vary across departments and may include project coordination, overseeing construction management, managing infrastructure and engineering tasks, conducting quality checks, handling client relations, and contributing to innovation in operational processes. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of projects while upholding safety and regulatory standards. Regular communication and collaboration with various departments are integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Development, or related fields
• Proficiency in technical skills such as MEP works, Turnkey Interiors, or engineering tasks
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail in quality control and safety standards
• Effective communication, client relationship management, and team collaboration skills
• Knowledge of innovative construction techniques and proven problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with the real estate industry and redevelopment projects is an advantage
• Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields is preferred
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and meet stringent timelines
