Qualifications

• 4 to 15 years delivering enterprise software with proven leadership of agile teams.
• Experience with RESTful services, microservices, automated testing, and release management.
• Familiarity with databases and search, containerization, and cloud pipelines.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Life Sciences domain exposure is a plus.
  

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Alfresco Share UI customization with YUI/Surf, Aikau, jQuery, custom dashlets, forms, actions; ADW (Alfresco Digital Workspace) theming/extensions and migration from Share to ADW/ADF.

- Proficiency in workflow design, configuration, customization, and deployment using Activiti and ACS-driven workflows (BPMN 2.0, task forms, listeners, email templates, tenant-aware deployments).

- Strong knowledge of Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, transaction management, caching, and Spring Security for enterprise-grade services.

- Hands-on experience designing REST APIs & Microservices architecture with OpenAPI/Swagger, API versioning, idempotency, resilience (Circuit Breaker/Retry), and OAuth2/JWT-based service-to-service security.

- Expertise in Alfresco Search Services (SOLR): core/schema configuration, sharding/replication, index lifecycle & rebuild strategies, query/relevancy tuning, facets, highlighting, and multi-language search.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle/PostgreSQL: complex SQL and PL/SQL, schema design, indexing strategies, execution plan analysis, connection pooling, and data retention/archiving patterns.

- Proficiency in platform configuration and administration: ACS deployment, transformers, subsystems, SOLR, DBMS; JVM sizing, caches, clustering and SSO (SAML/OAuth2/LDAP). - Hands-on experience defining and executing content migration strategy (discovery/mapping, delta & bulk loads) with checksum validation, cutover/rollback planning, and upgrade of repository & search indexes (on-prem/cloud).

- Hands-on experience with Alfresco Events Management: configuration of event-driven architecture, integration with message brokers (Kafka, ActiveMQ), and real-time processing for external systems.

- Proficiency in integrating Alfresco with external systems using REST APIs, CMIS, message queues, and custom connectors for seamless interoperability.

- Proficiency building Alfresco ADF/Angular/React front-ends: SDK integration with Content/Process services, component design, state management (RxJS), responsive UX, accessibility, and AngularJS maintenance where required.

- Experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI), Git workflows, Maven/Gradle builds, artifact repositories, environment promotion, automated quality gates and security scans.

- Hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration: Docker image hardening, Kubernetes deployments, secrets/config management, autoscaling, blue/green & canary releases across on-prem and cloud environments.

- Proficiency in code quality and review: PMD, Checkstyle, FindBugs/SpotBugs, SonarQube, enforce coding standards, static/dynamic analysis, and peer review best practices.

- Hands-on experience with testing & performance engineering: JUnit/Mockito, REST Assured, Jasmine/Karma/Cypress for UI; load/stress testing, GC tuning, system parameter tuning, and capacity planning.

- Proficiency in operations and SME leadership: troubleshooting/defect triage, support tickets, observability (structured logging, metrics, tracing/APM), product scalability & performance management, mentoring teams, and best-practice enablement.

- Experience in AWS Cloud: deploying Alfresco on EC2/EKS, S3 integration for content storage, RDS for DB, IAM for security, CloudWatch for monitoring, and leveraging AWS services for scalability and DR
