As a Manager in the liquor industry with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, maintaining vendor and distributor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising sales and operations teams. Your extensive knowledge of the alcoholic beverages market, sales strategies, and market trends will be essential for success in this role. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to meet targets in both on-trade and off-trade channels, expanding territory coverage, analyzing sales data, managing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners, and ensuring timely stock movement and availability at key outlets. Additionally, you will oversee regulatory compliance, team leadership, reporting, and analysis. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in the liquor industry. Strong knowledge of alcohol regulation, sales strategies, and market dynamics is required, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant reporting tools is also necessary. Preferred skills include having an existing network in liquor distribution and retail channels, experience with product launches and brand activations, the ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-heavy industry, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Relocation or reliable commuting to this location is required.
