About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and curious AI Developer (Fresher) to join our AI engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a good foundation in programming, a basic understanding of machine learning and model training, and hands-on exposure to AI data pipelines and API-based AI integrations.

This role is perfect for someone eager to work on end-to-end AI solutions — from data preparation and feeding to model training, fine-tuning, and deployment within production systems. You’ll collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to build intelligent applications powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in training, fine-tuning, and validating AI/ML models using structured and unstructured datasets.
• Support the data pipeline process — data collection, cleaning, annotation, augmentation, and feeding into models.
• Work with teams to integrate AI models into web and mobile applications through RESTful APIs or SDKs.
• Collaborate on experiment tracking, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
• Implement automated scripts for dataset preparation, feature extraction, and training workflows.
• Contribute to AI integration testing and deployment pipelines using cloud-based AI tools.
• Stay current with emerging trends in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python (must-have) and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, and evaluation metrics.
• Exposure to AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, data annotation, and AI data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI API integrations (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Cloud AI, etc.).
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and backend service integration.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced AI development environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning (e.g., GPT, BERT) or embedding-based retrieval systems.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and model evaluation techniques.
• Exposure to data labeling tools and AI dataset management platforms.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, model bias, and data privacy principles.

Pay: ₹12,542.70 - ₹59,853.77 per month
