Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Executive Assistant/ Operation Assistant Manager who not only provides administrative support but also takes initiative in solving routine team issues, handling escalated client concerns, and streamlining office operations using smart tools like Google Sheets, Forms, Excel, and business software. This role requires a problem-solver with managerial instinct , the ability to coordinate with multiple departments, delegate tasks, and follow through independently. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily coordination between departments and management Solve staff-related issues proactively and maintain discipline & workflow Address and resolve escalated client issues with professionalism and urgency Prepare detailed reports using Google Sheets / Excel (advance formulas, dashboards, pivot tables) Automate and digitize processes using tools like Google Forms, shared drives, and cloud systems Manage task lists, project timelines, and follow-up schedules Maintain and organize digital records and data systems Support senior management in execution, tracking, and daily planning Act as a bridge between top management and operational staff Skills Required: Strong interpersonal & communication skills (spoken & written) Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Smart working attitude; ability to think ahead and manage independently Advanced Excel with all advanced formulas ( Good working knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive Comfortable with internal software platforms (task managers, CRM, cloud tools, etc.) Capable of understanding operations flow and suggesting improvements Strong documentation, follow-up, and coordination abilities Preferred Qualifications: Education : B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. IT / BBA / MBA / or Graduate with excellent tech proficiency Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a coordinator, EA, or operations support role Technical Add-ons : Knowledge of any data management tools, workflow management software, or CRM is a plus. We are seeking a mature, dependable, and multi-skilled professional to assist in managing day-to-day factory operations, coordinate HR activities, and provide executive-level support to management. The role involves handling labor issues, production supervision, quality checks, and basic HR compliance, making it ideal for someone with experience in factory-based operations, preferably in the pharma or manufacturing industry . Key Responsibilities:Factory Operations & Production Support: Monitor daily production targets and coordinate with line staff to ensure timely output Address and resolve day-to-day labor issues tactfully Supervise basic quality checks and ensure adherence to standard procedures Maintain records for raw material usage, dispatches, and stock HR & Compliance Coordination: Support the HR department in salary processing, ESI, PF, and attendance tracking Coordinate recruitment for worker-level and staff-level roles Handle onboarding/offboarding documentation in coordination with HR team Address minor grievances and escalate to HR where necessary Executive Assistance & Admin Support: Act as a link between factory staff and management Maintain task trackers, follow-ups, and reports for the MD Assist in scheduling, coordination, and internal communication Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth day-to-day administration Requirements: Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent preferred) 3–6 years of experience in factory/plant operations or HR coordination Familiarity with labor handling, factory routines, and HR documentation Proficient in MS Excel - Advance Formulas / Google Sheets / Gmail Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Experience in pharma or FMCG industry will be an added advantage Preferred Traits: Responsible and mature in decision-making Hands-on approach with a problem-solving attitude Ability to multitask and coordinate across departments Comfortable working on-site at the factory location Timings 9.00 to 6.30 pm , Location Village Dugri near canal Solar Panal Doraha Sahnewal Canal Road Ludhiana Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
