Sales Coordinator – Job Description Position Title: Sales Coordinator Company: Akash Steel Crafts Pvt Ltd Location: VASHI Salary Range: 22000 - 25000 Reports To: Sales Manager / Director Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily sales operations and act as a central communication point between the sales team, production, dispatch, and clients. Track and follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries. Maintain and update sales databases, order trackers, and CRM software. Support the sales team with documentation, email communication, and back-end tasks. Ensure timely updates to clients on order status, delivery schedules, and any delays. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, outstanding orders, and follow-ups. Maintain close coordination with dispatch and accounts team for billing and delivery alignment. Assist in resolving client issues or escalations, ensuring client satisfaction post-sale. Required Skills: Strong coordination and multitasking ability. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets. Good written and verbal communication in English and Hindi. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
