Why is Airtel hiring this bunch of idiots. All helpful staff have been transferred and only illiterates are working. It's running to pay salaries of this ppl and their manager. They make sure you go to them minimum three times to get your issue solved.

Totally irresponsible people. Very irritating staff. Not a single staff talk you softly. They talk that they are the owner of Airtel. Only TV add shows the best service, realty is opposite. Every staff have different plan. Even they don't know what plan is launching Airtel in the market.

1st thet asked me to bring appropriate documents twice.
They made commitment for 4 hours faulty sim replaced and activation - failed
They again committed for 48 hours as it required paper work - again failed.
