Airport /Passport Checker/Ground Staff

As an Airport Ground Staff, your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of airport operations and providing excellent customer service to passengers. Some key responsibilities and skills required for this role include: - Providing assistance to passengers during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation - Handling passenger inquiries and resolving customer complaints - Ensuring the safety and security of passengers and airport facilities In addition to these responsibilities, as a Flight Attendant, you will be expected to perform safety checks, attend pre-flight briefings, demonstrate safety routines, and serve snacks to passengers. You will also be responsible for taking care of the safety and security of the passengers on flights and serving meals on board to customers with hospitality. Your role will involve greeting and welcoming passengers, solving their issues, providing proper flight instructions, keeping a check on passengers and their safety, and guiding passengers to their respective seats.
