Airport CSA & Ground Staff Nashik

Welcome aboard! As a Flight Attendant, your primary responsibility will be to welcome passengers on board and direct them to their seats. You will provide information on safety procedures and ensure that all seat belts and galleys are secure prior to take-off. During the flight, you will be making announcements on behalf of the pilot, answering passengers" questions, serving meals and refreshments, selling duty-free goods, and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions at their destination. In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations. Your role may also involve providing first aid assistance, ticketing services, and offering maintenance technical help when needed. To excel in this role, you should possess strong verbal communication skills and have an excellent personality to interact with passengers effectively.
