Airline Contact Centre Associate

As a Customer Contact Centre Agent in the Aviation Industry located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, you will be responsible for responding professionally to customer queries via calls. Your role will involve selling, up-selling, and cross-selling airline products and services. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, providing accurate information and timely updates. Creating/amending reservations, issuing/reissuing tickets, providing fare quotes, and processing refunds accurately and on time are also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with company policies and service quality standards is crucial in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum High School qualification and at least 2 years of experience in airline reservation and ticketing, airport check-in operations, or contact/call center roles. Proficiency in Amadeus GDS is mandatory, while holding an IATA/Airline Basic Tariff certification is preferred. Being computer literate with strong typing and system navigation skills is essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent spoken and written English skills, along with strong listening, comprehension, and communication abilities. A customer-focused, polite, and service-oriented approach is necessary. You should be able to work under pressure and handle high call volumes, being flexible for rotational shifts.
