Air Freight Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end air freight export & import operations in compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with airlines, agents, customs, and clients to ensure smooth shipment movement.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, AWBs, invoices, and customs declarations.
• Monitor cargo status and provide regular updates to customers.
• Negotiate with carriers for competitive rates and service agreements.
• Ensure adherence to IATA, customs, and local regulations.
• Manage day-to-day operational challenges and escalate issues when necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in air freight operations (exports/imports).
• Strong knowledge of airline procedures, customs documentation, and IATA regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of German will be an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office & freight forwarding software (CargoWise / similar).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Germany.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,091.23 - ₹24,925.21 per month
