Job Description

Role Overview: As an Air Freight Sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell air freight services to businesses and clients. This role requires a strong understanding of logistics, air freight operations, and customer relationship management in the Freight Forwarding or E-Commerce industry. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Air Freight Product - Prepare budgets, sales plans, and execute management sales strategies - Achieve sales goals through market planning, personal sales execution, and building business relationships - Coordinate with operations departments to provide necessary follow-up services - Identify potential clients, create sales strategies, and generate new business - Manage existing accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction - Research market trends, customer needs, and industry developments - Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to close sales - Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals - Plan new/existing contacts for customer retention and proactively address customer requirements with a problem resolution approach Qualifications Required: - Proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - In-depth knowledge of air freight operations, international shipping regulations, and customs requirements - Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools - Strong organizational and time management skills Please note: Candidate must have experience in B2B Sales in the Freight Forwarding Industry, familiarity with CRM software and sales tools, in-depth knowledge of air freight operations, experience with International Markets, and managing budget preparations and sales plans.
