Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for an Air Conditioning Technician. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems. Daily tasks include conducting equipment inspections, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system malfunctions, repairing mechanical or electrical faults, and ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely. Technicians will also maintain records of work performed and adhere to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure systems operate at optimal levels
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and address system issues effectively
• Experience in Maintenance & Repair of air conditioning systems, including mechanical and electrical components
• Basic understanding of Maintenance principles and safety standards
• Certification or technical training in HVAC or a related field
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
