Job Title: AI/ML Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a AI/ML Program Manager to lead theend-to-end delivery of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate bringsa solid foundation as a Machine Learning Engineer and has grown into aleadership role, combining deep technical understanding with proven projectdelivery expertise in Agile environments.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gapbetween data science teams and business stakeholders, translating complex AIconcepts into actionable project plans, ensuring timely execution, anddelivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from inception to deployment across diverse business domains.

Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and delivery timelines.

Translate AI/ML requirements into detailed project plans and proactively track progress using Agile methodologies.

Provide technical oversight and ensure alignment of AI solutions with architectural and business goals.

Identify project risks and bottlenecks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels\u2014technical and non-technical\u2014regarding status, blockers, and ROI.

Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, tools, and best practices to guide innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

10+ years of experience in software/AI project delivery, including 3+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer.

Proven track record managing complex AI/ML projects in Agile/Scrum environments.

Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and lifecycle including model development, training, evaluation, and deployment.

Strong technical fluency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks (hands-on experience preferred).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Experience working with cross-functional teams in matrixed or global environments.
