AI/ML Lead

As the Lead Engineer at Biz2X, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions within fintech products. Your main responsibilities will include overseeing a team of engineers, managing MLOps pipelines, and optimizing large language models (LLMs) to elevate the quality of financial technology services. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute sophisticated ML models for various applications like fraud detection, credit scoring, and algorithmic trading. - Create and maintain MLOps pipelines utilizing tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, and Airflow to facilitate continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), model monitoring, and automation. - Enhance and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, BERT) for fintech purposes such as automated customer support and sentiment analysis. - Provide guidance and leadership to a team of ML engineers and data scientists, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices. - Collaborate closely with product managers, data engineers, and business analysts to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. Qualifications: - 6-10 years of relevant experience. - Solid hands-on expertise in Gen AI, ML Ops, Machine Learning, CI/CD, RAG, and OCR. - Proven track record in developing LLM models and working with Lan graph, Lang chain, Cloud 3.5, Open AI, and Gemini. - Background in data engineering. - Proficiency in Document Parsing Solution and LLM Based, Rule-based approaches. - Technical proficiency in TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow). Strong command over LLMs and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Excellent programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
