AI/ML Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects in

  GenAI, NLP, and LLMs

  .
• Design and implement state-of-the-art deep learning models and algorithms.
• Fine-tune and optimize foundation models (GPT, BERT, LLaMA, etc.) for real-world use cases.
• Guide research and experimentation in generative AI (text, image, or audio-based).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Engineering, DevOps).
• Stay updated with latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to business problems.
• Mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with ethical AI practices.
