AI/ML Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data ingestion, storage, and processing.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality datasets.
• Optimize data storage and retrieval processes for performance and efficiency.
• Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, architectures, and systems.
• Stay updated with the latest data engineering trends and technologies to continuously improve data infrastructure.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4- 7 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Extensive experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Snowflake).
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their data services.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
