AI/ML Engineer

Latentbridge is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join their team in Pune. As an AI/ML Engineer at Latentbridge, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Python applications, with a focus on compatibility with Python 3.10 and above. You will also utilize AI/ML techniques to build and deploy models, particularly focusing on Open-Source models available on platforms like Hugging Face. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and model training is preferred for this role. Additionally, you will implement cloud-based solutions using AWS or Azure, optimize search strategies with Vector Databases, and develop natural language processing applications using NLP libraries such as NLTK and Spacy. Familiarity with LangChain, LLamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or Dspy is considered a plus. Experience with MLOps practices and Data Engineering tools is also valued in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, NLP, and Python development. Proficiency in Python 3.10 and above, experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and techniques, hands-on experience with NLP libraries, familiarity with Vector Databases and Search Optimization strategies, and exposure to MLOps practices and Data Engineering tools are also required.
