Job Description – AI/LLM Developer

We are seeking an AI Developer with deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves designing, building, and training custom LLMs from scratch, as well as fine-tuning and optimizing models for specific tasks and deploying them into real-world applications. The candidate should have strong research and engineering skills to push the boundaries of AI while also ensuring scalable, production-ready solutions. The role involves building intelligent systems using machine learning and large language models, and embedding them seamlessly into full-stack applications built on the MERN stack.Key Responsibilities

• Research and design new architectures for LLMs and generative AI models.
• Curate, preprocess, and manage large datasets for pretraining and fine-tuning.
• Implement training optimization techniques (parallelism, quantization, pruning, distillation).
• Build tokenization and embedding strategies suited for domain-specific applications
• Fine-tune and adapt pre-trained LLMs for specialized use cases.
• Integrate ML/LLM models into MERN applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and low-latency inference.
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML research and apply novel methods to improve system capabilities.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience in LLM integration (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, API or custom model integration)
• Knowledge of data engineering (data preprocessing, pipelines, ETL)
• Ability to bridge AI systems with MERN applications effectively
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks
• Strong background in optimization and deep learning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

• Sahakaranagar P.O, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
