AI/ML Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Helsy Infotech Pvt. Ltd., based in Surat, you will be responsible for designing, building, and training machine learning models for various purposes like user churn prediction, retention scoring, engagement segmentation, and personalized push recommendation. Your role will involve collaborating with backend and Firebase teams to define user data pipelines, implementing model monitoring and continuous learning loops, and optimizing model performance for large datasets. Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and train machine learning models for user churn prediction, retention scoring, engagement segmentation, and personalized push recommendation. - Collaborate with backend and Firebase teams to define and structure user data pipelines. - Implement model monitoring, A/B testing, and continuous learning loops. - Optimize model performance for large datasets (500K+ DAU scale). - Deploy AI models via APIs for real-time decision-making. - Maintain data integrity, privacy, and compliance with Google Play policies. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or AI. - 2-5 years of relevant experience in ML model development and deployment. - Experience handling large-scale app analytics data.
