AIML Engineer

As an AI Engineer, your role will involve designing and implementing intelligent systems using agentic AI for autonomous decision-making and task execution. You will integrate advanced machine learning models with reasoning, planning, and interaction capabilities to create scalable, intelligent applications. Your ideal skills will include a strong foundation in LLMs, prompt engineering, and web development, with hands-on experience in deploying AI-powered web applications. Some key responsibilities in this role will include: - Designing and developing agentic AI systems with autonomous task execution capabilities. - Integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with reasoning, planning, and interaction frameworks. - Implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using vector databases. - Engineering effective prompts and workflows for LLM-based agents. - Utilizing agentic libraries such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc., to build modular and scalable AI agents. - Developing and deploying web applications that interface with AI systems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver robust solutions. - Optimizing performance, scalability, and reliability of AI-powered applications. In order to excel in this role, you must have the following skills: - Proficiency in programming with Python and relevant AI/ML libraries. - Experience working with LLMs like GPT, Claude, Mistral, or their open-source equivalents. - Ability to design and refine prompts for complex tasks (prompt engineering). - Hands-on experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma. - Deep understanding of retrieval-based generation pipelines (RAG architecture). - Familiarity with agentic libraries like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar frameworks. - Prior experience in frontend/backend web development and web app deployment using tools like Flask, FastAPI, React, and Docker. - Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or containerized environments.
