Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Study and transform data science prototypes into scalable ML solutions.
• Design and implement machine learning systems for medical and hospital applications.
• Research, evaluate, and implement appropriate ML algorithms and tools to solve complex healthcare challenges.
• Develop ML applications according to project requirements and industry best practices.
• Select and pre-process datasets using effective data representation methods.
• Conduct rigorous machine learning tests, experiments, and statistical analysis.
• Fine-tune ML models based on test results to improve accuracy and performance.
• Train and retrain machine learning systems as needed to adapt to changing data patterns.
• Extend and optimize existing ML libraries and frameworks for enhanced functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements and trends in ML, AI, and healthcare technology.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in ML projects.
• Strong background in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and data science.
• Solid understanding of data structures, data modelling, and software architecture principles.
• Deep knowledge of mathematics, probability, statistics, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in writing robust code in Python for ML applications.
• Experience working with AI platforms/tools such as OpenAI.
• Skilled in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure for deploying and managing ML models.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to project success.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex healthcare challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
