What would you do? You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationBuild market driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems to be solved, user and buyer personas, creating effective requirements, and developing strategic go-to-market strategies for product or Platform introduction. Manage the series of changes a software product goes through, from its design and development to its ultimate retirement or disposal.
What are we looking for?
Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients to understand workflows, data structures, and business objectives.Configure the SaaS platform (modules, rules, integrations, permissions) to align with client needs.Manage end-to-end implementation projects — from kickoff through go-live and handover.Coordinate data migration and validation with internal teams and client stakeholders.Create and maintain configuration documentation, setup checklists, and user training material.Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), address feedback, and ensure readiness for production.Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth transition post-implementation.Provide configuration and workflow insights to the Product and Engineering teams for future enhancements.
