The Business Analytics Analyst C09 is an entry level position within the Campus program for Analytics & Information Management & USPB Risk business. In the first year of Campus program, you will gain foundational knowledge and experience of the range of analytical & statistical processes, procedures and systems to be used in performing assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. You will work and add value to your team while attaining core competencies in areas such as data manipulation, familiarity with tools, statistical mindset, and presentation & visualization. This includes working with large and complex data sets, identifying and compiling data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access), having familiarity in basic statistics, hypothesis testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling, as well as knowledge of data visualization techniques to design effective presentations. As a recent college graduate with 0-2 years of work experience, you are required to possess analytic ability and problem-solving skills, have a basic understanding of statistics and probability, and exhibit good logical, analytical, quantitative, and reasoning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary for this role. The ideal candidate should hold an Mtech/MCA/MSc or equivalent Masters degree from premier institutes.
