As an Accreditation Officer/Lead at Globsyn Business School, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to obtain and maintain accreditation from various accrediting bodies such as AICTE, NBA, NAAC, NIRF, and AACSB. You will be required to stay updated with accreditation renewal dates, review cycles, and key milestones, ensuring that the business school's programs and operations comply with the set standards by accreditation organizations. Your role will involve compiling detailed self-assessment reports, annual updates, and other necessary documentation for accrediting agencies, as well as organizing and maintaining records of all accreditation-related documents and evidence. You will act as the primary point of contact between the business school and accrediting agencies, collaborating with faculty, staff, and administration to gather necessary data and ensure compliance. Additionally, you will oversee internal reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement concerning accreditation, rating, and ranking related to AICTE, NBA, and NIRF. You will assist in implementing and monitoring changes based on feedback from accreditation reviews, providing training on accreditation requirements, processes, and best practices. Your understanding of NEP (National Education Policy), OBE (Outcome Based Education), and experience with AICTE compliance, NBA accreditation, and NIRF ranking will be highly valued. DIRECTOR BUSINESS SCHOOL The Director will serve as the academic and administrative head of the Business School, responsible for leading the institution in achieving academic excellence, strategic growth, industry alignment, and regulatory compliance. This role involves overseeing the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program driving innovation in pedagogy, research, and corporate engagement. Further the role involves total growth of the institution. Looking for a dynamic person from IIM, ISB background or similar institutions. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership Define and execute the vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals of the Business School. Foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and excellence in teaching and research. Academic Leadership Promote quality teaching, research, and case study development among faculty. Encourage interdisciplinary and industry-oriented learning approaches. Regulatory and Accreditation Compliance Ensure the PGDM program meets all norms and requirements set by AICTE and other statutory bodies. Lead initiatives for national and international accreditations (e.g., NBA, AACSB, AMBA, NAAC). Faculty and Student Development Promote continuous learning, development, and performance management. Drive student engagement, mentoring, and career readiness. Industry Engagement and Corporate Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, alumni, and recruiters. Guide placement activities and corporate partnerships for internships, live projects, and research. Encourage industry collaborations for thought leadership events, seminars, and guest lectures. Administrative and Financial Oversight Manage the school's academic calendar, budgeting, resource allocation, and infrastructure. Ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative departments. Report regularly to the Board on performance, outcomes, and new initiatives. Qualifications and Experience: Academic Qualifications: Ph.D. in Management or related discipline from a highly reputed institution. Experience: Minimum 15 years of academic experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Dean, Associate Dean, Director, or similar). Proven track record of academic leadership, research publications, and institution building. In-depth understanding of PGDM program structures, AICTE norms, and accreditation processes.
